The project of the administrative and business center of the Tashkent region «Nurafshon business city» is being implemented on the basis of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 28, 2018 No. 236 «On measures to organize the construction of the administrative center of the Tashkent region according to the concept of a smart city.»
The document provides for the creation of the State Unitary Enterprise «Directorate for the construction of the administrative center of the Tashkent region» under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The Directorate for the Construction and Operation of Facilities on the Territory of the «Nurafshon Business City» under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan performs the functions of a customer, coordinates and controls the construction of facilities on the territory of the «Nurafshon business city» driveways, parking lots, installation of fountains, irrigation systems and outdoor lighting, as well as landscaping and landscaping of common areas. Also, the Nurafshon business city Directorate is entrusted with the following function
1. Development of the overall architectural, commercial and social concept of the Project
2. Design and construction of common infrastructure, improvement of common areas
3. Search and attraction of investors
4. Comprehensive support of investors for the timely fulfillment of their obligations
5. General planning and coordination of construction works carried out by both the Directorate and the Investors
6. Preparation of a step-by-step plan for the commissioning of NBC facilities. Development of the concept of management and operation of the territory of «NBC» after the completion of the project
