The Directorate was established in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 236 “On measures to organize the construction of the administrative center of the Tashkent region according to the concept of a smart city”
The entire process from design to full commissioning of facilities is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027.
